Paper leak forces cancellation of SSC CPO (SI/ASI) examination - re-exam date inside
Many students are disappointed by the development.
New Delhi: SSC CPO (SI/ASI) exam held on March 20 has been nullified by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) following paper leak.
As per reports, the Recruitment of Sub-Inspectors in Delhi Police, CAPFs & Asst Sub-Inspectors in CISF Examination, 2016 was cancelled after images on one sheet from the question paper went viral on social media.
The Indian Express reported that Neetu Singh, founder of KD Campus coaching institute, had uploaded on Facebook the image of one sheet from the question paper around five hours before the exam.
She was forwarded the on Sunday morning by one of her students. That student had accessed the sheet from a fellow passenger on the Metro.
Neetu Singh later found out that all the questions featured in the evening shift of the exam.
The SSC has notified on its website that a re-examination will be conducted on June 5 for those candidates who had appeared in the examination in the forenoon and afternoon shifts.
Many students are disappointed by the development.
