Panaji: The BJP on Friday announced that Union Ministers Manohar Parrikar, Nitin Gadkari and Sripad Naik will be party's star campaigner for the Goa polls, slated next year.

"Parrikar, Gadkari and Sripad Naik would be our star campaigner for Goa election," BJP Goa Chief Vinay Tendulkar told reporters today.
Tendulkar exuded confidence that the party's alliance with Maharashtrawadi Gomantak Party will continue even for 2017 polls and said formal talks will begin later this month when Gadkari will be in the coastal state.


Gadkari will be in Goa on September 22 and will hold meeting with BJP state executive, core committee and also with the MGP, he said.


Tendulkar said the political front to be floated by Bharatiya Bhasha Suraksha Manch (BBSM) would be yet another opposition party for them.
BBSM has announced that they will be formally unveil the political party on October 2.
