CM Khattar had said his visit to Gurgaon will be to get a first hand information on the problem of waterlogging and traffic jams which he attributed to various factors including overflowing of Badshahpur drain.

On Friday, heavy rains and subsequent waterlogging had crippled several parts of the city leaving thousands of people stranded for hours. Schools were also ordered to remain shut by the district administration in the wake of water-logging in several parts of the city.
