Mumbai: With five more deaths due to swine flu on Saturday, the toll due to the dreaded H1N1 virus in the state so far has risen to 390 in the state.

"Five deaths were reported today. Till date, there have been 4,434 cases in the state and as many as 41 people infected by the H1N1 virus are on ventilator," a public health official said.


Of the five deaths, two were from Mumbai and one each from Nasik, Beed and Kolhapur, the official said.
