New Delhi: Most people are in the habit of washing down their dinners with a glass or two of red wine. If you’re one of them, then this one’s for you!


If you drink red wine after your dinner, then you’re actually doing your health a favour. Yes, it’s true!


While many people assume that drinking alcohol before bedtime is bad for health and can result in weight gain, a research suggests the opposite.
