On Wednesday, a number of Twitter users strongly lashed out at Bollywood film maker Ram Gopal Verma after he tweeted a picture of Angoorlata Deka.


Posting a picture of Deka on Twitter, Verma wrote, "If MLA can look like this,Achche din aagaye hai..Thank you Angoorlataji,Thank you Modiji..1st time I love politics (sic)."



Popular Assamese actress Angoorlata Deka has made it to the assembly on a BJP ticket in the just concluded round of elections.
