New Delhi: The Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) will be conducted by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) across the country on Sunday.

For those aspiring to be teachers for class I to VIII in government schools, it is mandatory for them CTET or TET (Teacher Eligibility Test) conducted by states.

CTET has been divided into two parts: Paper-I for candidates aspiring to be appointed teachers in classes I to V, and Paper-II for appointment in classes VI to VIII.


Paper-I will be conducted on September 20 from 2 pm to 4.30 pm, while paper-II will be conducted from 9.30 am to 12 noon.


A candidate is required to reach the exam centre 90 minutes prior to the start of the exam.
