Modi, Merkel to take part in engagements in Bengaluru on Oct 6
Prime Minister Narendra Modi and German Chancellor Angela Merkel will be participating jointly in two programmes here on October 6.
Bengaluru: Prime Minister Narendra Modi and German Chancellor Angela Merkel will be participating jointly in two programmes here on October 6.
According to the itinerary released by Karnataka government, both the leaders will be visiting the Bosch Factory at Adugodi here and share the dais at a NASSCOM event.
Merkel will be arriving in India on October 4 on a three-day visit during which she will hold comprehensive talks with Modi on key bilateral and international issues including trade and security situation in the region.
The German Chancellor will be arriving here on October 5 to the event and leave for Germany in the afternoon the next day.
The Prime Minister will arrive on October 6 and leave for New Delhi the same day, an official release said.
