Islamabad: Amid India's efforts to normalise ties with Pakistan, a statement has come from the latter's president that could prove to be a fresh irritant after the Pathankot terror attack.

Pakistan's President Mamnoon Hussain has said that his country will continue to support the Kashmiris and their right to self-determination.


Mamnoon Hussain was speaking to a Hurriyat delegation in Islamabad on Tuesday when he made the remarks.


 


The Pakistani President said Kashmir is unfinished agenda of the Indian sub-continent.


He further called on India to stop human rights violations in Kashmir.


Mamnoon Hussain even went on to say that in thw words of Pakistan founder Muhammad Ali Jinnah, the word ‘K’ in Pakistan denotes Kashmir and Pakistan is incomplete without Kashmir, Pakistan Observer reported.
