Police arrest UP MLA Jagram Paswan`s brother who shot dead a man for overtaking his car

New Delhi: Uttar Pradesh Police on  Monday evening arrested Annu Paswan, the brother of Samajwadi Party MLA Jagram Paswan , for murdering a person. 

The reports say that Paswan was arrested from Gonda district. 

Annu Paswan is accused of shooting down the driver of another vehicle after he overtook his car in Balrampur district of the state. 

Paswan was absconding since the incident.
