The court also said that there will be no floor test in the state assembly till April 19.

Meanwhile, former CM Harish Rawat has sought an interim order to restrain Governor from inviting BJP to form government after revoking President Rule.

During the hearing, Attorney General Mukul Rohatgi appearing before the high court said that BJP is not a party in this case and the governor can not be made a party, so no injunction can be given.

Earlier,  on Wednesday, the Uttarakhand High Court had rejected the Centre's request to adjourn the hearing in former chief minister Harish Rawat's appeal challenging the Centre's recommendation for imposition of President's Rule in the state.

A bench of Chief Justice Justice KM Joseph and Justice VK Bisht cancelled the request of two additional solicitor generals of the Centre contending that the matter should be postponed as Rawat had prepared an absolutely new case.
