Activist-lawyer Falguni Brahmbhatt has lodged a separate complaint at the Borivali police station against Radhe Maa for running a business disguised as religion and misleading people.

Meanwhile, Radhe Maa, who has been issued summons by police in connection with the dowry harassment case, remained unfazed, claiming that she was a "pure and pious" woman.

Addressing a press conference on Monday the controversial godwoman said, “I am innocent. I am pure. Those bhakts who approach me, their wishes are fulfilled by God.”

“I am pure and pious. I respect media, police and law. I am sure that God will do justice,” she told a the media.

The controversy stricken woman has also been accused of obscenity.

A woman has alleged that Radhe Maa instigated her husband and in-laws to demand dowry from her, even though she had given them jewellery worth over Rs.102 crore at the time of the marriage.

In her complaint lodged by the Kandivali police last week, the 32-year-old complainant has claimed that Radhe Maa allegedly asked her in-laws, including her chartered accountant husband, to make more dowry demands from her.

Radhe Maa claims to be a self-confessed fan of actor and former adult movie star Sunny Leone. Her pictures in short dresses, gyrating to Bollywood tunes with her devotees during satsangs (religious discourses) have gone viral on the social media networks.

Meanwhile, office-bearer of a Mumbai-based organisation, 'Kutch Ladayak Manch', Monday told news channels that Radhe Maa was responsible for suicide of seven persons on March 7, 2014, at Ningal in Anjar tehsil of Kutch district in Gujarat.

When asked about this at the press conference, she said the allegation was false. "Please check the background of that complainant," she said.

A group of people in Mumbai have given an application to Kandivali police requesting them to probe the suicide of nearly half a dozen persons in Kutch.
