The summons for the Delhi CM and 5 other AAP leaders were issued by Delhi's Patiala House court on Wednesday.

In the summons over case filed by Arun Jaitley, the Patiala House court has directed the Delhi CM and 5 other AAP leaders to appear  before it on April 7.

Jaitley had alleged that Kejriwal and other AAP leaders (Kumar Vishwas, Ashutosh, Sanjay Singh, Raghav Chadha and Deepak Bajpai) had made defamatory statements against him and his family.

Jaitley had said Kejriwal's statement that he received money, when the Feroz Shah Kotla stadium was constructed during his tenure as the DDCA chief, was false.
