Gupta said he suffered serious injuries after being forcefully evicted from the Assembly.

"I will request the President of India to take cognizance of the incident. I was abused. Ruling MLA assaulted me. Deputy CM provoked his MLAs to attack the opposition leaders. I suffered serious injuries. I want an MLC to be performed," said Gupta.

"I have done nothing wrong. No action was taken against ruling MLAs. I was forcefully evicted by Speaker," added Gupta.

BJP MLAs Vijender Gupta and Jagdish Pradhan were evicted from Delhi Assembly house before tabling of crucial Lokpal bill. The third BJP MLA, OP Sharma has already been suspended from the house for remaining Winter session.
