New Delhi: Beggars in torn clothes and disabled limbs often evoke pity and we end up giving them alms out of compassion. But, do all beggars deserve such kindness?

In a video footage which has gone viral, a beggar, who reportedly claimed was disabled and could not walk, is seen running behind a thief who stole his bag.
