As per a Pradesh18 report, Singh alleged that Congress has replaced the word Ganesh with gadha (donkey) in school textbooks.

"For Congressmen, G means gadha not Ganesha as they consider Hindu deity as communal figure,” Singh was quoted as saying by Pradesh18.

He further criticised the Congress for poorly handling PWD department in the past.

"The poor condition of roads are evidence of how Congress ran the department. We have been able to remove corruption from the department and recently blacklisted 200 contractors over malpractice,” he said.
