Nirmohi Akhara saints ransack Asaram`s ashram in Ujjain

Ujjain: Jailed self-styled godman Asaram Babu's ashram in Ujjain was on Wednesday ransacked by the saints belonging to the Nirmohi Akhara.

The controversial godman's ashram in Shahjahanpur district was recently ransacked by some unknown people.

A group of unidentified people had entered Asaram's ashram in Rudrapur village of Shahjahanpur district and ransacked his property, besides burning several books.

Many ashram's belonging to the jailed godman have been attacked ever since he and his son was arrested in connection with the alleged rape of two sisters and murder of witnesses.
