Mumbai: Your dream to own a home in Maharashtra will soon be a reality. The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) on Wednesday announced the results of lottery for 4,275 affordable homes in Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) under Konkan Housing and Area Development Board.

The lottery was held at Rangsharada auditorium in Bandra.


The winners and waiting list is available here: https://lottery.mhada.gov.in/OnlineApplication/ . Just fill your application number in the space and check the result.


The lottery releases 183 flats in Thane (164 in Kavesar, 19 in Balkum), 310 at Mira Road, 3,755 in Virar, 27 in Vengurla.


 


The cost of the units under MHADA lottery 2016 ranges between Rs 4.37 lakh and Rs 40.93 lakh.


 


The sizes of the flats are 368 sq feet and 670 sq feet.


MHADA will hand over the flats to lucky applicants by April.
