Main accused Lucky Goyal alias Billa, weapon owner Sanju Goyal, marriage palace owner Jagsir Singh and the groom`s father Narinder Kumar were booked for the murder of 24-year-old dancer Kulwinder Kaur late on Saturday evening.

Kaur was performing on stage at a marriage palace in Maur Mandi town of Bathinda district, 200 km from Chandigarh, when Lucky had allegedly fired at her from a .12 bore gun from close range.
