We sat down to figure out approximately how much moolah do some of the biggest names in the younger generation of Bollywood earn. Mostly, they charge a fee for each film based on the popularity and success of previous flicks. A lump-sum amount is donated from our reliable trade sources!


Here’s the list of actors and the big bucks they earn:


Ranbir Kapoor 
Rs 15-18 crore



His last few films may not have rung the box office registers, but Kapoor still manages to earn more than many young Bollywood stars. He makes anywhere between Rs 15-18 crore per film. However, if trade sources are to be believed, the actor is charging less for Dutt biopic because of a profit-sharing deal with the producers.


 


Varun Dhawan 
Rs 12-15 crore


Tan-tana-tan-tan-tan-tara! With Judwaa 2 hitting the Rs 200 crore mark worldwide, Dhawan is hot stuff now. He charges a whopping Rs 12-15 crore per film. For Shoojit Sircar’s October, the actor is charging a low fee. But for Yash Raj Film’s Sui Dhaaga opposite Anushka Sharma, he's making more than his usual fee.


 


Shahid Kapoor 
Rs 10-12 crore


2017 might have been dull for this Kapoor lad. But 2016 was the best time of his career. Soon mega epic Padmavati will release. According to trade experts, Shahid, who has been in the industry for almost 15 years now, charges somewhere between Rs 10 to 12 crore per film.


 


Ranveer Singh 
Rs 8-12 crore


The versatile actor may have debuted only in 2010, but his career graph has been amazing. In a span of seven years, Ranveer Singh has proved his mettle at the ticket windows and earns Rs 8-12 crore per film. With his growing stardom, the actor has also ventured into profit sharing and for Padmavati he would be doing the same!


 


Sushant Singh Rajput 
Rs 5-7 crore


The television actor, who made a smooth transition into films, is steadily gaining a strong foothold in Bollywood. Rajput earns a sweet Rs 5-7 crore per film.


 


Arjun Kapoor 
Rs 5-7 crore


Another Kapoor lad, who debuted five years ago with Ishaqzaade, earns around Rs 5-7 crore per film. Currently he movies like Arjun Aur Pinky Faraar, Namastey Canada in his kitty.


 


Sidharth Malhotra 
Rs 3-5 crore


Malhotra is still in the rocky boat. He may have debuted with Varun Dhawan in 2012, but he's yet to to prove his credibility at the box office. His last two movies – Baar Baar Dekho and A Gentleman being disasters at the ticket windows. He makes Rs 3-5 crore per film and is currently gearing up for the release of Ittefaq now. He also has Aiyaary in his kitty.



Ayushmann Khurrana 
Rs 3-5 crore


After his smash debut with Vicky Donor in 2012, Khurrana struggled in the industry. It was only with Dum Laga Ke Haisha that the actor bounced back in the scene. And though Meri Pyaari Bindu, Bareily Ki Barfi and Shubh Mangal Saavdhaan didn’t fare exceptionally at the box office, it did make a mark. The actor earns nearly Rs 3-5 crore per film.


 


Tiger Shroff 
Rs 3-5 crore


Despite a great debut and a successful second film, Junior Shroff is yet to make a mark. His last two films – A Flying Jatt and Munna Michael failed miserably at the box office. The actor generally earns in the range of Rs 3-5 crore. But for Baaghi 2, we hear Shroff is making Rs 7 crore.
