New Delhi: Social media platform Facebook celebrates 12 glorious years on February 4, 2016. The announcement came from none other than its Founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg on January 13th.


However, Zuckerberg came up with an interesting perspective and manner to celebrate the day. Zuckerberg has encouraged its users to celebrate Facebook's 12th birthday as “Friends Day”!


He wrote, “On February 4, I hope you'll join me in celebrating #‎friendsday‬ -- a moment to celebrate the friendships that have made a difference in your life.”


He also requested people to share their stories of friendship by way of comments. Needless to say, the response was huge!

However, if Zuckerberg's post today is anything to go by, it seems like there are a few that caught his eye. Yes! The social media giant took to Facebook to share one of the friendship stories that he received.
