New Delhi: Britain's astronaut Tim Peake, who is on his first mission at the International Space Station, has shared a beautiful picture of Moscow under the aurora taken 200 miles above the Earth.

Major Peake of the European Space Agency (ESA) shared this stunning image with his social media followers on January 27, 2016, writing, "A wintry looking Moscow under the aurora."

He became the first ever Briton to have carried out a spacewalk outside the International Space Station (ISS).
