"The entire Yadav family is involved in the Yadav Singh case... I will raise this issue forcefully in the next Lok Sabha session," Rajbhar said here.

On the clean chit to Mulayam given by Finance Minister Arun Jaitley, Rajbhar said Jaitley was not aware of the facts of the case and that he had issued the statement because of some misunderstanding.

He was referring to Jaitley's efforts to distance Mulayam from the Noida case during the last session of Parliament.

Rajbhar, who represents Ghosi constituency in Lok Sabha, dubbed Mulayam and his family members as "traitors", and said Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav was also following his father's footsteps. He, however, did not elaborate.

The MP upped the attack on the Uttar Pradesh government, calling it a failure on all fronts. "Instead of rule of law, criminals and corrupt are ruling the roost," he accused.

Meanwhile, when contacted, senior Samajwadi Party leader CP Rai said that Rajbhar was in the habit of making such unfounded statements and termed it an example of BJP's "alag chaal, charitra aur chehra". People were watching and evaluating such remarks, Rai said.

"In politics, a certain decorum needs to be maintained... He had used similar language earlier too on which BJP state president had promised action which is yet to come," Rai said, appealing to party men and supporters to express their anger in next elections over such matters.
