Expressing her views on the episode, B Chandrakala, a renowned IAS officer in Uttar Pradesh, said the person was continuously clicking pictures, even after being told that he should take permission before taking the snaps.

Making her stand clear, the DM said, when the boy was asked to delete the pictures, he refused saying, that this is my camera, 'meri marzi'.

While expressing shock over the youth's reply, Chandrakala said, whosoever it is, he/she should have the other person's consent before taking pictures.

In 2014, the 2008 batch UP cadre IAS officer became famous in the social media after she publicly pulled up civic officials and contractors for sub-standard road construction.
