J&K: Yousuf Bhat lists daughter`s marriage as `liability` in poll affidavit

Mohammad Yousuf Bhat, the Congress candidate from Ganderbal in Kashmir valley has listed his daughter's marriage as 'liability' while filing the nomination papers for the upcoming assembly elections in the state.
