Anubrata Mondal had in his speech at Panrui on July 17, 2014, allegedly instigated party workers to hurl bombs at the police.
A complaint was lodged against Dudhkumar Mondal by a local TMC leader of Rajnagar for his alleged hate speech delivered on September 24, 2014.
An officer of the Panrui police station submitted the charge sheet before the court of Indranil Chatterjee, CJM, Suri, in connection with Anubrata's "hate" speech.
Another officer of Rajnagar police station submitted the charge sheet in connection with the "hate" speech delivered by Dudhkumar Mondal in the court of ACJM, Debkumar Goswami.

Commenting on the issue, Anubrata Mondal said "I have not yet received the copy of the order. I can comment on this only after receiving it."
Dudhkumar Mondal said "I have already apologised in public for what I said and following the orders I will appear before the courts at Suri and Rampurhat on the scheduled dates. I respect the judiciary and I have no intention to challenge it."
