New Delhi: President Pranab Mukherjee will embark on a two-day visit to West Bengal from on Thursday.
During his stay in the state, Mukherjee will inaugurate an international conference on accountancy profession, emerging frontiers of future growth in Kolkata today. In the evening, he will attend a function at Raj Bhavan in connection with the presentation of a copy of the commemorative volume on Rev Krishna Mohan Banerjee, former president of the Indian Association. Mukherjee will attend the 9th convocation of the National Institute of Technology at Durgapur and convocation of the University of Burdwan on Friday.
