Appalling! Millionaire rapist claims `I accidentally fell and penetrated her`
Ehsan Abdulaziz allegedly forced himself on the 18-year-old on the sofa of his Maida Vale flat.
Washington: In an abominable statement made by a rape case accused in his defence, a millionaire property developer, who allegedly raped a teenager in her sleep, has told the court that he accidentally penetrated her when he fell on top of her.
According The Independent report, the 46-year-old Ehsan Abdulaziz allegedly forced himself on the 18-year-old on the sofa of his Maida Vale flat.
He had met the alleged victim in the Cirque le Soir nightclub in London.
He then offered the victim and her friend a lift in his Aston Martin and invited them into his flat.
The next morning when the alleged victim woke up she found Abdulazziz on top of her forcing himself inside her, report stated.
"She woke up with the defendant kissing her and his penis in her vagina," The report quoted Prosecutor Jonathan Davies as telling to the court.
