In the September issue of its magazine Dabiq, IS criticised Syrians and Libyans who "risk their lives and their souls and leave the homeland of Islam to the land of the infidels," Efe reported.
Hundreds of thousands of people have fled the conflicts in the Middle East and the repression of IS, especially in Syria, to seek refuge in Europe.
The International Organisation for Migration, reported that more than 2,760 migrants have died so far this year in their attempt to cross the Mediterranean.
