Beijing: A video has gone viral showing three Buddhist monks brawling at a temple in China.

The trio have reportedly been expelled from the monastery.

The one-minute footage shows the three robed monks hitting each other while fellow monks try to separate them.

The incident occurred at Ningguo temple in Yangzhou, east China's Jiangsu province, on April 24.
