Nearly one million people turned out across Brazil Sunday to protest against President Dilma Rousseff, who has come under mounting pressure from a faltering economy and a huge corruption scandal, police said.
Sao Paulo: Nearly one million people turned out across Brazil Sunday to protest against President Dilma Rousseff, who has come under mounting pressure from a faltering economy and a huge corruption scandal, police said.
Demonstrators came out in 74 cities and towns nationwide, with over half of those in the country`s economic capital of Sao Paulo, where a 580,000 person procession gathered downtown, police reported on Twitter.
