The 46-year-old property developer was accused of forcing himself on the the 18-year-old who had slept on his sofa in his Maida Vale flat after a night out drinking.

Also, the Saudi millionaire's semen and DNA was found inside the young woman.

Appearing before Southwark Crown Court, Ehsan said since he had already had sex with the teenager's 24-year-old friend (whom he already knew) in another room of his flat, it was possible that semen was on his hand.

The teenager and her friend met Ehsan in Cirque le Soir nightclub in the West End on August 07, 2014.

He invited the two girls to join him at his GBP 1,000-per-night table. Later, he offered them a ride home in his Aston Martin. As the trio reached his apartment, Ehsan offered the girls vodka and took the second woman into the bedroom for sex.

The 18-year-old had claimed that she woke with Ehsan on top of her forcing himself inside her.

The Saudi millionaire, however, told the court that the girl had pulled him on top of her, causing him to fall down, and placed his hand between her legs, and that was how traces of his DNA were found in her. He added that it was likely he may have been exposed out of his underwear when he tripped.

"I'm fragile," he said. "I fell down but nothing ever happened, between me and this girl nothing ever happened."

The jury acquitted Ehsan after just 30 minutes of deliberations.
