New Delhi: A horrifying video of a Chinese woman being attacked by a tiger and mauled to death at a wild life park in Beijing has come to fore on social media.
The video shows a middle-aged Chinese woman being attacked and dragged by a Siberian tiger.
According to reports, the woman was with her daughter and her husband when she was killed by the tiger at Badaling Wildlife World on Saturday.
The victim's daughter, her husband and their child were sitting in the car when she was attacked.
They were driving through the park’s Siberian tiger enclosure when the attack happened.
In the video, the young woman can be seen exiting the car and walking around to the driver’s-side door. Seconds later, a massive tiger appears, pounces on her and drags her away.
The husband and mother of the woman both got out of the car almost instantly in an attempt to save her.
The younger woman had reportedly got out of the car because of an argument with her husband. She was badly injured in the attack. Her mother was killed trying to rescue her.
Visitors are allowed to drive their own vehicles around the park, but are forbidden from getting out while in certain enclosures, according to The Associated Press.
