In the latest such event, the largest residence hall on the University of Kansas' campus was brought down on Wednesday.


Authorities demolished the 10-storey, three-wing McCollum Hall to make way for parking.


It took just about 10 seconds for the 220,000 square foot building on Daisy Hill to come crashing down.
