Sinjar: Kurdish forces were left stunned after a secret network of tunnels built by ISIS was unearthed in Sinjar, an Iraqi town.

According to a report published in Daily Mail Online, around 40 underground routes were uncovered in Sinjar by Kurdish forces who liberated the town in north-west Iraq this month.


Also, after uncovering the secret tunnels, Kurdish forces recovered sandbags, American-made bomb making tools, medicine and copies of Quran.


These network of tunnels built by the dreaded terrorist outfit complete with sleeping quarters and electricity supplies discovered underneath the recently liberated Iraqi town, after more than a year of Islamic State rule.
