London: Britian's royal family has released an adorable video showing Queen Elizabeth II playing with toddler son Prince Charles at home when he was just one-year-old. The video was uploaded to mark the Mother's Day.

The 47-second clip shows the then Princess Elizabeth, aged 23, encouraging the young prince to walk, tickling him on the sofa. The video also shows Prince Charles walking out of the house entrance while monarch is seen smiling and waving out at him from a window.


The short black and white film is said to be produced by monarch herself and is titled 'Prince Charles at Home'. It is said to be shot in 1949 at Clarence House, then the Queen's home.


The snippet was released today and promoted across the royal social media platforms.
