"The alliance between BJP and IPFT is unholy. BJP is supporting IPFT which demands the separation of Tripura.

It is a conspiracy to wipe off Tripura from history," he said."Four years back, the BJP came to power with promises of `Acche Din` among others but kept none," he added. He noted that the country`s inflation rate and petrol prices were higher than the rest of the world.

The Chief Minister also accused the BJP of accepting money from the corporate sector for the 2014 general election.

"The BJP had taken money from the corporate for 2014 election so they are working for them, stopping social and profit-making public sector so that the corporation can make a profit.

This will repeat in 2019," he said.
