Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik today hinted at a possible reshuffle in the council of ministers after the budget session of the assembly Ends on April 7.

"We will look into that (ministry reshuffle) matter to see what can be done," Patnaik said after reaching here following a seven-day visit to the national capital. He was asked whether the council of ministers would be reshuffled after the panchayat elections where the ruling party's performance was not satisfactory in all districts.


Asked whether the possible reshuffle would take place after the budget session of the assembly, Patnaik said, "Well, I just said that we will look into the matter and decide what is to be done."


The ruling BJD president's statement this time was significant as earlier on several ocassions, Patnaik used to say that he was yet to think about the matter of reshuffle.


Replying to a query on review of the ruling party's show in the recently held panchayat polls, Patnaik said, We have already started the process.
