New Delhi: Bollywood actor Vivek Oberoi turned 41 on September 3. The dashing star has had a sound educational background. He completed his studies at Mayo College in Ajmer and also finished further studies from Mithibai College, Mumbai.

In 2002, he won the Filmfare Best Debut Award and Filmfare Best Supporting Actor Award for Ram Gopal Varma's 'Company'. Director Shaad Ali's 'Saathiya' was another blockbuster featuring Vivek Oberoi and Rani Mukerji where the lead pair's chemistry grabbed many eyeballs. 


Followed by films like 'Yuva', 'Masti', 'Omkara' to name a few. In 2008, 'Saathiya' actor won the IIFA Best Villain Award for film 'Shootout at Lokhandwala. Vivek got the Filmfare Award for the Best Negative Role for the film 'Krish 3'.


On October 29, 2010, Vivek married Priyanka Alva. She is the daughter of Karnataka minister Jeevaraj Alva. The duo has a son, Vivaan and a daughter, Ameyaa.


He was last seen in 'Great Grand Masti' also starring Riteish Deshmukh and Aftab Shivdasani.
