Subramanian Swamy, who has been regularly tweeting on Sushant Singh Rajput's death case, took to Twitter recently alleged that the late actor was poisoned before his death. He said, "Now the diabolical mentality of the killers and their reach is being slowly revealed: autopsy was deliberately forcibly delayed so that the poisons in SSR’s stomach dissolves beyond recognition by the digestive fluids in the stomach. Time to nail those who are responsible."

CBI has summoned DCP Abhishek Trimukhe and other Mumbai police cops, who were present at the crime scene on June 14, 2020 for questioning. However, none of them have responded.
The CBI has sent a notice to Mumbai police.
As per sources, Mumbai police has responded to the CBI stating all those police officials are on leave at present.
Since June 14, 2020 when Sushant was found dead at his Bandra pad in Mumbai - the seven key people - Siddharth Pithani, cook Neeraj, Samuel Miranda, auditor Sandeep Sridhar, Rajat Mewati, Deepesh Sawant and Keshav - first time called together for probe.
Rajat Mewati, Keshav and Samuel Miranda also reached the DRDO guest house for the CBI probe, as per reports.
Meanwhile, Sushant's sister Shweta Singh Kirti posted on her social media handle an unseen picture with her late actor-brother.
Sandeep Sridhar, Siddharth Pithani and Sushant's cook Neeraj reach DRDO guest house for CBI questioning.
Reportedly, the CBI will probe Sushant Singh Rajput and Rhea Chakraborty's company Vividrage Rheality auditor Sandeep Sridhar today.
According to sources, as the CBI investigation enters its Day 5, the officials will now gather information regarding Sushant's behaviour.
New Delhi: The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) is probing the death of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput and the investigation process is in full swing. Today, on Day 5 of their probe, the CBI officials started questioning his chartered accountant Sandeep Sridhar, accountant Rajat Mewati along with his flatmate Siddharth Pithani and cook Neeraj Singh.
Also, Rhea Chakraborty might be the last person to be interrogated by the CBI, as per sources. This is because the CBI first wants to gather all the information in connection with the late actor and then quiz her.
The CBI has questioned Siddharth Pithani and Neeraj Singh earlier too. The domestic help Deepesh Sawant was also interrogated. These three persons were present in the flat when Sushant was found hanging in his room on June 14. The CBI team also earlier visited the Sushant's flat in Bandra along with the Siddharth Pithani, Neeraj Singh and Deepesh Sawant to recreate the crime scene. Forensic science experts were also part of the CBI team.
It is to be noted that while carrying on questioning of Siddharth Pithani and Sushant's personal staff, the CBI has found some "inconsistencies" in their statements.
Meanwhile, another CBI team visited Hinduja Hospital, where Sushant took his treatment and a few officials went to a resort where he had spent two months. During the investigation, the SIT officials tried to determine how Sushant was behaving when he was at the resort.
