Have you ever heard about having a child before marriage, in one of the Rajasthan's villages, couples live together for years before marriage. Here, a child must be born before the wedding takes place; otherwise, the marriage won't take place.

There is a tribe in Rajasthan who have been living in live-in relationships for years. These people must have a child before marriage. If they do not have a child then they start looking for another partner.

The tribe lives in Garasia, which lives in the Sirohi and Pali districts of Udaipur,  Rajasthan. This tribe is also found in some parts of Gujarat.

There is a story behind this, there were four brothers in the Garasia tribe, three of whom married and one brother lived in a live-in relationship and had a child while living in the same relationship.
