DLF Chairman KP Singh`s daughter Renuka Talwar buys bungalow in Lutyens Bungalow Zone for Rs 435 crore
Located on a 4,925 sq metre plot, the bungalow has a builtup area of around 1,189 square metre and was sold for Rs 8.8 lakh per sq m.
New Delhi: DLF Chairman KP Singh's daughter Renuka Talwar has bought a house in country's most expensive residential area –Lutyens Bungalow Zone in Delhi, as per a newspaper report.
The Times of India has reported that Renuka Talwar has brought a bungalow in Delhi's Prithiviraj road for a whopping Rs 435 crore.
“Located on a 4,925 sq metre plot, the bungalow has a builtup area of around 1,189 square metre and was sold for Rs 8.8 lakh per sq m,” the TOI report said
“Based on current circle rates, its value is around Rs 383 crore,” TOI further said. Talwar bought the bungalow from Kamal Taneja, managing director of real estate developer TDI Infracorp, TOI added.
Renuka Talwar is married to GS Talwar who is the non-executive director at DLF.
KP Singh already owns two bungalows on Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Road in Lutyens' Delhi.
The who's who of the business world who own homes in the Lutyens Bungalow Zone include LN Mittal, Naveen Jindal, KP Singh, Sunil Mittal, Ruia brothers, Malvinder and Shivinder Singh, Analjit Singh, Atul Punj, Rajiv Rattan, Kabul Chawla, VC Burman, and Harish Ahuja.
