"I play Vijay's pair for the third time in ‘Aneethi Kathaigal'. It's going to be a very special film. That's all I can say at the moment," an excited Gayathrie told IANS.

Working with Vijay Sethupathi, with whom she has already worked in "Naduvula Konjam Pakkatha Kaanom" and "Puriyaatha Puthir", makes it even more special.

"We started our careers around the same time. He's a much bigger star today. Working with him is always special because he is a great friend too," she said.

The film is directed by Thiagarajan Kumararaja, best known for his critically-acclaimed Tamil film "Aaranya Kaandam".

On teaming up with Thiagarajan, she said, "I've been told he's a task master and doesn't get easily convinced. I'm looking forward to be challenged. It'll be a very different experience."

The film also stars Samantha Ruth Prabhu.
