New Delhi: South superstar Chiranjeevi's action-packed outing in 'Khaidi No 150' has stricken gold at the box office windows. The action drama has been directed by VV Vinayak and written by none other than AR Murugadoss.

'Khaidi No 150' has an impressive star cast with the likes of Chiranjeevi and Kajal Aggarwal in the lead. The film has a special song featuring actor son Ram Charan Teja and father Chiranjeevi. According to IANS, the film has crossed Rs 164 crore worldwide, making it a record of sorts.


The report mentions that the in an official poster which released on Sunday, the makers have said that the film has so far collected Rs 164 crore, and it is the highest in south India in a single language. Ram Charan has produced the venture.


'Khaidi No 150' happens to be an official remake of Tamil blockbuster 'Kaththi', featuring Chiranjeevi in dual roles -- a social activist and a thief.
