Corey Anderson`s bouncer leaves Ahmed Shehzad with fractured skull
A bouncer is nothing less than a nightmare for batsmen across the world. In the ongoing Test series between Pakistan and New Zealand, opener Ahmed Shehzad was at the receiving end as a bouncer hit him on the side of the head.

On Day 2 of the ongoing first Test match, in the final over before lunch, the stylish right-hander suffered the big blow trying to hook a short ball by New Zealand all-rounder Corey Anderson on the Abu Dhabi wicket.
The moment he was hit by the ball, Shehzad`s bat fell on the stumps which led to a hit-wicket dismissal as he fell on the ground. Shehzad left the ground in tears due to pain as the crowd gave him a standing ovation for his magnificent 176-run innings.
Shehzad was later rushed to a hospital where scans showed he had a minor skull fracture.
At stumps on Day 2, Pakistan were in a commanding position as along with Shehzad, Younis Khan and Misbah-ul-Haq too scored centuries as they declared the innings on 556-3. New Zealand were 15-0 with Brendon McCullum on nine and Tom Latham on five. They need another 352 to avoid the follow-on.
