India vs West Indies - WT20, 2nd semi-final: Time for Rohit Sharma, Suresh Raina to rise to the occasion
Indian opener Rohit Sharma has scored mere 45 runs in the last four games.
New Delhi: It's high time premier Indian batsmen Rohit Sharma and Suresh Raina step up and contribute in the crucial semi-final clash of the ICC World Twenty20 against West Indies.
Both the cricketers are dangerous T20 batsmen, who can smack bowlers all over the park from the word go. But thus far, they haven't done anything noteworthy in the sixth edition of the coveted event.
Indian opener, Rohit's highest score thus far is 18 in the tourney as he has scored mere 45 runs in the last four games.
On the other hand, barring a cagey 30 against Sri Lanka, Raina has scored 1, 0, 10 in the on-going cricketing extravaganza.
As the tournament has reached its business end, it's time for for Raina and Rohit to rise to the occasion and help India win the tournament for the second time.
India is going to play their semi-final match against dangerous Windies at Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai on March 31.
