New Delhi: As Indian Test skipper Virat Kohli guided the team to yet another series win, wishes poured in from all corners for India's remarkable show against England in the ongoing five-match series.

In the fourth Test of the five-match series against England, Kohli slammed his third double ton of the year as India defeated Alastair Cook and his men by an innings and 36 runs to take an unassailable 3-0 lead after four Tests. From Shah Rukh Khan, to several experts of the game, all took to Twitter to congratulate the Indian team and their in-form skipper, who has been breaking records with each passing series. But one tweet, which was the highlight, came from legendary Bollywood singer Lata Mangeshkar.


The lady with the golden voice took to Twitter to write, "Namaskar. Aaj 3rd match bahut aasani se hum jeet gaye.Main hamari puri team ka abhinandan karti hun."



Heaping praise upon the Indian Test skipper, she said, "Khas taur se Virat Kohli Kohli ko badhaai deti hun jinhone 235 run banaaye."



With the win against England at Wankhede, Kohli became the first Indian Test skipper to register five consecutive series wins in a row.
