Security has been tightened in and around Hazaribagh Central Jail where 15 foreign mercenaries from Kashmir have been detained.

"The mercenaries, who are of Arab, Chechen and Afghan origin, arrested under the Public Safety Act 1974 of Jammu and Kashmir have been shifted here by the Centre for security reasons," sources said.
