They both play for the same team, but the exciting leg-spinner Chahal apologised publicly to De Villiers.

Few hours after the spellbinding knock by the South African 'Superman' on Tuesday, which helped RCB beat Gujarat Lions in Qualifier 1 to seal a spot in the final of IPL 9, Chahal took to Twitter to apologise to ABD by saying 'I'am really sorry bro'.

Chahal, one of the leading wicket takers in the ongoing edition, said sorry for hitting De Villiers on his chin while celebrating a sensational win over Gujarat.

The moment the South African hit the winning shot, Chahal ran from the dug out and jumped on to AB. And such was the impact of the collision that De Villiers’ helmet went flying on to the ground.

In the post-match presentation, an injury mark was clearly visible on AB's chin. Here is the video, when AB got injured.
