New Delhi: West Indian T20 skipper skipper Darren Sammy has learnt Pashto in the recent past. And if few media reports are to be believed, then soon, Sammy might get Pakistani citizenship as well.

In fact, the owner of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) team Peshawar Zalmi, Javed Afridi, on Tuesday started a campaign to get Sammy the citizenship.


It is learnt that the West Indian and Javed share a great bond.


Few hours back, the West Indian took to Twitter and hailed the language.




Sammy has been in news ever since West Indies won their second World T20 title under him recently.
